Andrew has successfully overseen projects that demand advanced technical expertise, innovative solutions, and meticulous coordination. His work spans residential towers, mixed-use developments, and intricate commercial structures
Andrew obtained his Degree in Building Surveying at Nottingham Trent University and is a chartered building surveyor and an associate of the Institute of Fire Engineers. Andrew continues to further his knowledge, relevant to the Leasehold sector; Andrew has completed the RICS External Wall Assessor course, has obtained level 3 ABBE Award in Damp, Mould and Condensation in Buildings, holds a qualification to act as an Expert Witness and is currently undertaking a Diploma in Façade Design.
