Firefighters were called to a fire at a high-rise block of flats in Chadwell St Mary, Essex late on Wednesday evening. Emergency services attended the incident on Godman Road at 10.05pm on Wednesday, January 21, after reports of a fire inside the building. On arrival, crews confirmed there was a fire within a flat on the fifth floor of the 13-storey residential block.
