Luca Bertagna

Luca is the Director of Simple Clean, a specialist exterior cleaning, window cleaning and access contractor working with managing agents on residential blocks and estates across London and the South East. Under his leadership, Simple Clean was named Contractor of the Year at the News on the Block Property Management Awards. A firm believer that good contracting starts with education, Luca writes about the practical side of protecting buildings, planned maintenance, working at height, and the small jobs that prevent expensive ones.
