Rayanne Armand

Ray Armand is the co-founder of Qube Accountants, a specialist chartered accountancy practice dedicated exclusively to service charge accounts for residential managing agents.

Having trained with PwC & Delotte and qualified as a Chartered Accountant (ICAEW), Ray spent years seeing the pressures faced by managing agents: growing compliance requirements, increasing leaseholder expectations, and never enough hours in the day. In 2022, Ray and fellow Chartered Accountant, CJ, founded Qube Accountants with a simple mission: to make service charge accounting less painful and help managing agents focus on what they do best—managing property and serving their clients.

Today, Qube works alongside managing agents across the UK, providing independent reviews of service charge accounts while helping teams improve bookkeeping processes, reduce year-end stress, and navigate compliance with confidence.

Rayanne is also co-host of the Qube Talk podcast, where she and CJ share practical guidance, industry insights, and lessons learned from working with managing agents every day. Through the podcast, articles, training resources, and free guides, they aim to make specialist service charge knowledge more accessible to the people who need it most.
