• Fire Protection & Security (Active & Passive) - With awareness of fire safety and regulatory obligations increasing, it is more critical than ever before to have a rigorous and proactive approach to fire prevention and compliance.  We have a dedicated team of highly trained fire safety engineers who assess, design, install, test and maintain both passive and active fire protection solutions in occupied buildings nationwide.

We provide fire prevention services across a range of sectors including offices, hospitals, schools, museums and multi-occupancy residential buildings such as social and sheltered housing, co-living apartments, and student accommodation. 

• Electrical - We work as a strategic partner to organisations in both public and private sectors – from commercial offices, hospitals, schools and public buildings to multi-occupancy residential and social housing.

• Construction - We have the experience, expertise and an established construction supply chain to deliver new build contracts, refurbishment programmes, building upgrades and extensions.

Our construction clients are diverse – schools, prisons, defence, hotels, museums, local authorities, healthcare, emergency services, and commercial organisations. 

• Minor Works - We undertake both planned and responsive maintenance programmes for housing associations and local authorities.  We help our social housing clients upgrade their properties, particularly in void periods between tenancies and to Decent Homes Standards.  Our multi-trade teams and qualified electricians have experience in dealing with residents and stakeholders, and will ensure every project is carried out to the highest standards.  Our experience includes multiple projects for major social landlords such as MHS Homes and Dartford Borough Council.
