John Wagstaffe founded and leads the Property Litigation team. He is known for his extensive knowledge and experience of the property management sector, and landlord and tenant matters. He has become a trusted lawyer to a number of substantial firms of managing agents who provide a consistent stream of instructions for his team to act on behalf of their management company clients.
He has grown a team of well-respected specialists who are dedicated to their clients and provide tailored advice and a responsive service.
Hayley Grantham, Senior Solicitor, offers extensive knowledge and experience of landlord and tenant disputes and a wide variety of other contentious property matters.
Polja Atkins, Head of Leasehold Enfranchisement, is known for her expertise in the field of lease extensions, enfranchisement and right to manage.
The team is strengthened by specialist paralegals Lindsey Reid-Cook and Luke Smith which allows work to be undertaken by team members with appropriate levels of experience thereby managing matters efficiently and cost effectively for clients.
