Founded in 2014, the Group operates across six specialist divisions - Lighting & Electrical, Fire & Life Safety, Security Solutions, EV Charging, Regeneration and Decarbonise, providing integrated services for residential blocks and estates.

Their in-house teams support the day-to-day and long-term requirements of managed buildings through Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), reactive and emergency maintenance, project works, major works and refurbishment programmes.

Services span lighting and electrical systems, emergency lighting, fire and life safety, AOV and smoke control, CCTV, access control, gates, shutters and barriers, EV charging, general and reactive maintenance, major works and refurbishment, solar PV, battery storage and wider energy-efficiency and decarbonisation projects.

Their multi-discipline PPM offering supports the ongoing servicing and maintenance of critical building systems, with reactive and out-of-hours support available alongside planned project works. Future Group also offers a five-year parts and labour warranty on qualifying installations, subject to the applicable warranty and ongoing maintenance terms.

From individual reactive works through to building-wide projects and planned maintenance programmes, Future Group's services are centred around the operational, maintenance and compliance requirements of blocks and estates.
