Our primary service is a unique out of hours facility with your own white-labelled emergency number: we answer your residents' calls outside core business hours, triage every issue and instruct contractors only as necessary, acting under your responsibilities as Managing Agent, RMC, freeholder or landlord to keep residents safe and prevent damage to the buildings in your care.

We are one of the only call handling services in the industry run by qualified property professionals, including IRPM-qualified property managers, working alongside customer service experts, so calls are handled by people who understand property management, not a generic call centre. Our specialist maintenance desk coordinates works with contractors from your approved supplier list or, where you authorise it, deploys vetted engineers through our sister company Renovo when your first-choice contractor can't attend. Every call, action and outcome is logged in real time so your team starts each day fully up to speed.

We provide full out of hours, daytime overflow and 24/7 call handling across block management, lettings, social housing, build-to-rent, commercial management, and developer snagging and aftercare, throughout the UK and Ireland. Clients build their own package as a standalone service or combined with our out of hours cover for true round-the-clock support.

In 2025, Adiuvo handled over 411,000 calls and now covers more than 1,000,000 properties, having dealt with over 1,072,500 emergencies to date.
