During our online Knowledge Bank sessions, you will have the opportunity to listen, interact and ask questions, helping you better understand the market and the issues that matter most to you.

Format

This one-hour working session is for managing agents and property managers.

Description

A leaseholder emails about replacement windows in a former council block. They’ve asked AI, quoted the lease and concluded the freeholder must pay. You find the words “repair the glass”. Do those words cover replacing the frames? And what do you say to someone who’s worried about the bill?

Bring a difficult question from your own desk and a lease from England or Wales that you have permission to use. After a short demonstration, you’ll spend 45 minutes working on your case in LEASE-iQ. You’ll follow an answer back to the original page, check what might change it, then draft a reply and read it from the leaseholder’s side.

Along the way, you’ll see how AI generates an answer, how to check quoted wording against the original lease, and why a matching quotation does not by itself settle who pays. You’ll leave with a reply you can explain, or a clear account of what you still need to find out.

You’ll get your login before the session, a two-page guide to keep and a month’s access at no cost. During that month, we ask for a 15-minute weekly check-in to hear how you’re using it.
