Following another outstanding celebration of excellence at the 2025 Apartment Adviser Awards – Incorporating the ERMAs, we are delighted to officially launch the 2026 Awards.
After a fantastic evening at the InterContinental Hotel Park Lane on 26 June 2025, where our Triple A Rated winners were revealed - we now turn our attention to the next chapter of this prestigious event.

About the Awards
Formerly known as the Enfranchisement & Right to Manage Awards (ERMAs), the Apartment Adviser Awards have evolved to reflect the changing landscape of the leasehold property sector. Now entering their 16th year, the awards continue to recognise excellence, innovation, and outstanding professional achievement across enfranchisement, right to manage, and the wider apartment and leasehold community.
With a modern brand, expanded categories, and refreshed judging criteria - shaped by industry feedback, the Apartment Adviser Awards provide a credible, inclusive, and respected platform to showcase best practice and leadership within the sector.
