Principle Estate Management has recruited an experienced property manager to a new position to help the company’s continued expansion.
Jade Hammond, who has worked in the sector for eight years, has been appointed as the company’s first integrations property manager.
Joe Jobson, joint managing director at Principle, explained that the new role was a strategic appointment that “bridges the gap” between new business, integration and property management.
Mr Jobson said: “Jade impressed us at interview, and we’re really pleased to welcome her to the team as our new integrations property manager.
“She will be focused on ensuring that newly onboarded properties have a seamless transition from new business through to integration and into live management.
“This year alone has seen us take on many thousands of new properties into our management, and it’s crucial for someone to have a close eye on the details of our onboarding process.”
Ms Hammond started in the property sector back in 2017, working her way up the ranks at firms in London and the south-east, most recently as a senior asset manager with Eight Asset Management.
her career has seen her building up extensive experience working with both developers and Resident Management Companies.
She will now be based in Principle’s London office, working closely with Jack Swann and James Neale, the firm’s senior new business development managers, on everything from site inspections to reviewing documentation and suggesting improvements.
Ms Hammond, who outside of work is a mum of one who enjoys keeping fit at the gym and meditation, said: “I’m really excited to be starting this new role.
“I’ll be providing a fresh perspective on the onboarding process, making sure this as smooth as possible for both clients and residents.”
Ms Hammond joins a staff of more than 100 at Principle Estate Management, which has this year experienced a 25% jump in units under its management to more than 25,000.
