LRG has promoted Adam Hills to Client Services Director within its Build to Rent (BTR) division LRG Living Markets as the division continues to support a growing portfolio of institutional and private rental communities across the UK.
Adam moves into the role after 13 years with Leaders, most recently as Area Manager. Adam will support service delivery, performance management and operational excellence across LRG’s Living Markets division.
Adam’s promotion is in recognition of a track record built on improving performance, raising standards and developing high-performing teams.
Commenting on Adam’s promotion David Wilson, Chief Operating Officer, LRG said: “Adam is a highly regarded residential property professional with a strong track record in lettings and property management. He brings extensive leadership and operational expertise from his time at Leaders, where he was recognised for improving performance, upholding regulatory excellence, and delivering consistently high standards of customer service. As a fully qualified MARLA, Adam is deeply committed to professionalism, compliance, and best practice.
“As the living sector evolves - with more sophisticated landlords, higher consumer expectations and growing institutional participation - client service is becoming an increasingly important differentiator. LRG Living Markets brings together teams working across the rental and living landscape and Adam’s role will help ensure strong operational oversight alongside a consistent customer experience.”
Adam said: “It’s an incredibly exciting time at LRG Living Markets. The asset management growth plan is ambitious and clearly focused on delivering long-term value through operational excellence and strong resident outcomes.
“I’m particularly excited by the continued progression of the resident engagement platform, which is transforming how we engage with residents and clients through data-led insight and a seamless customer journey.
“The recent launch of the new Legal & General Build to Rent scheme at The Meadows in Coventry is a great example of the quality and scale of assets coming through. Suburban communities are becoming increasingly important in meeting demand for single-family housing in the UK, as rising urban property prices, limited land availability due to the Green Belt, and growing demand from families for larger homes with outdoor space continue to push development beyond dense city centres.
“I’m really looking forward to further strengthening service delivery and asset performance management with the team, to ensure we continue to offer a consistent, high-quality client experience across Living Markets.”
