A pair of talented young employees at a boutique law firm are finalists in a regional business awards.

Award-winning solicitor and leasehold expert Cassandra Zanelli, the founder of Property Management Legal Services, said: “Modesta and Scarlett are up-and-coming stars who truly deserve to be recognised at these awards.

The inaugural Mansfield and Ashfield Business Network Awards took place last year.
They aim to recognise businesses and individuals making a difference in the community, from local talent to innovation and those going the extra mile to support local growth.

Winners of the second edition of the awards will be revealed at a prestigious ceremony on March 20, 2026. 

Property Management Legal Services, based in Nottinghamshire, was launched in 2020 and has a national client base. 

Founder Cassandra Zanelli, an expert in building safety, leasehold litigation, and tribunal matters, is no stranger to awards ceremonies.
She has twice been awarded the accolade of industry legend in the Property Management Awards. In 2023, she was also the proud recipient of the Honorary Industry Award at the ARMA ACE Awards, in recognition of her services to the property management sector.
