For freeholders, asset owners, developers, RMCs and RTMs, property management is rarely just about bricks and mortar – it's about trust. Who's picking up the phone when something goes wrong at 10pm on a Sunday? Who's making sure service charge accounts and rental incomes are handled properly? Who actually understands the building, not just the postcode?

At Andrews Property Group, that means dedicated property managers, responsive support and a team committed to delivering the highest standards of service for clients and residents alike.

As the charity-owned business celebrates its 80th anniversary this year, it has taken two significant steps to support future growth: opening a new head office between Bristol and Bath and appointing a new Business Development Director.

Andrews is a multi-disciplinary property group, providing services across land acquisition, new homes, lettings, residential sales, auctions and end-to-end corporate client solutions. Its block & estate management division looks after developments across the UK, ranging from four-unit blocks to estates of 300+ homes, each with a dedicated personal property manager and out-of-hours emergency support behind them.

This year's investment in a new head office was designed with both staff and clients in mind. The space has been built for modern, hybrid working, giving teams a modern environment for collaborative work and client meetings alike. Just as importantly, its location gives access to the M4/M5 corridor, sitting neatly between Bath and Bristol – ideal for efficiently serving a growing client base, whether that's a site visit, an AGM, or simply being closer to the property under management.

The leadership team has grown with the appointment of Grant Cloke BSc (Econ) (Hons), MTPI, AssocRICS as Business Development Director. Grant brings 17 years’ experience in the property sector and joins at a pivotal time as Andrews continues to expand its footprint across the south-east, south-west and beyond.

Grant explained: "Growth for its own sake has never been the goal here. What attracted me to Andrews was the culture – being part of a charity-owned group means doing right by clients and residents; it isn't just good practice, it's genuinely built into how decisions get made. My focus is on making sure that as the business grows, it stays resourced, efficient and joined-up, sharing knowledge across departments so that whether a client is in the south-east, the south-west or further afield, they get the same superior standard of service and the same detailed level of care."

Whether the client is a freeholder in Kent, an RMC director in Bristol, or managing an estate somewhere in between, the message from Andrews is simple: 80 years of property experience, continued investment in how it serves clients, and a culture committed to doing the right thing.
