We’re delighted to reveal the official shortlist for the Apartment Adviser Awards 2025, taking place at the prestigious InterContinental Hotel Park Lane, London on Thursday 26 June 2025.
This year saw an incredibly high standard of entries, with some categories proving especially difficult for our judges due to the outstanding calibre of nominees. After much deliberation, the shortlist has been finalised — and we extend our warmest congratulations to all of our 2025 finalists!
We extend our thanks to our dedicated judges for their time, effort, and invaluable support. Their expert feedback on entries will be available upon request after the awards ceremony.
The winners will be announced during our celebratory awards evening, where we’ll come together to recognise excellence and innovation across the residential property sector.
