Lucy Barber and Chris Myers become Partners at Forsters
Both new partners advise on all areas of residential property law and practice and will be an important part of the firm’s development in this area. Lucy, who trained with Forsters, has particular expertise in leasehold enfranchisement and is highly regarded in this area. Chris has an emphasis in the development market and acts for both developers of and investors in residential property.

Cassandra Zanelli promoted to Technical Director at Brady Solicitors
Cassandra becomes a shareholder, joining Laura Severn and founder Clare Brady on the board. Anna joined Pemberton Greenish in 2007, and has developed particular experience in leasehold enfranchisement and residential landlord and tenant. Stephen Hodder to be next President of RIBA
Stephen will be the 75th President of the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA), a position previously held by significant architects Sir George Gilbert Scott and Sir Basil Spence among others. Stephen Hodder MBE is director of Hodder + Partners, an award-winning architecture practice based in Manchester. Hodder Partners has won over thirty major awards. Stephen has written and lectured widely, been visiting examiner at a number of schools of architecture and assessor of numerous architectural competitions and awards. Stephen Hodder said: “I am extremely pleased to be confirmed as President Elect of the RIBA. The RIBA is an ambitious organisation with a clear focus on its strategic priorities for the next five years and I look forward to helping to deliver an ambitious programme of work to support our members and encourage the wider public to greater appreciate the social and economic benefits good architecture can bring.

Samantha Massey appointed an Associate Director of Willmotts Chartered Surveyors
Sam joined Willmotts in February 2008 as a Senior Management Surveyor.
