Bespoke Property Management (BPM) has announced the appointment of Louie-Mae Gibson as its new Head of Facilities Management, further strengthening its senior team as the business continues its growth within the prime residential sector.
With more than 16 years' experience spanning property, facilities management, operations and strategic management, Louie-Mae has earned a reputation for combining technical expertise with commercial insight and a collaborative leadership style. Over the course of her career, she has led complex operational portfolios, developed high-performing teams and consistently delivered practical, solutions-focused leadership while keeping residents, clients and colleagues at the heart of every decision.
The appointment reflects BPM's continued investment in experienced professionals who share the company's vision of delivering exceptional service while helping shape the future of residential property management.
Christopher Wade - Founder of Bespoke Property Management, said:
There are appointments you make because someone has an impressive CV. Then there are appointments you make because you know they'll help shape the future of your business. This is very much the latter.
Louie-Mae brings a rare combination of technical knowledge, commercial understanding and authentic leadership. She's exactly the sort of person we want leading our FM business because she cares just as much about the teams delivering the service as she does the service itself. Her expertise will complement the strength we already have across our senior leadership team and add another important dimension to the way we support our clients, residents and colleagues.
She's earned enormous respect across the industry, but what impressed me most is the way she leads - with integrity, humility and an unwavering commitment to doing the right thing. Those values sit at the heart of BPM, so this felt like a natural fit from day one.
Alongside her operational career, Louie-Mae is recognised across the sector for supporting women in business, mentoring future leaders, encouraging greater collaboration and championing initiatives that strengthen the profession. A passionate advocate for veterans in business, she also shares BPM's commitment to recognising the skills, resilience and perspective that service leavers bring to the workplace.
She's a strong leader, but she's also someone who genuinely wants other people to succeed. She's passionate about developing people, supporting women in business and recognising the value that different backgrounds and experiences bring to a team. That's important to me personally and to BPM, and that is why Louie-Mae will also become our EDI lead as we continue to develop the business.
I've always believed that you should surround yourself with people who know things you don't, who will challenge you when they think you're wrong and who bring something different to the table. Otherwise, what's the point? Louie-Mae does all three.”
Speaking about her appointment, Louie-Mae Gibson said:
“Buildings may be what we manage, but people are what define our profession.
Every so often you come across an organisation where the values, purpose and culture simply align with your own. That's exactly how I feel about BPM.
What stood out to me wasn't just the quality of the business, but the people behind it. There's a genuine desire to keep improving, challenge conventional thinking and create an environment where talented individuals are trusted to do their very best work.
Joining BPM and becoming part of its wider leadership team was a no brainer. We share the same vision for delivering exceptional service, continuing to raise professional standards and building a business where clients, residents and colleagues genuinely feel the difference. I'm excited to build on the fantastic foundations already in place and play a part in the next chapter of BPM's journey.”
For BPM, this appointment marks another important step in the company's continued evolution. It reflects a shared belief that exceptional property management is built through strong leadership, technical excellence, trusted relationships and investment in talented professionals. Louie-Mae will work closely with Chris and the wider Senior Leadership Team - including the Heads of Estates and Head of Operations - bringing her FM expertise to complement and strengthen the leadership already in place. Together, the leadership team will continue to build on BPM's strong foundations, with each discipline playing an important and complementary role in delivering an exceptional experience for clients, residents and colleagues.
