Jasmine Sudworth

Bishop & Sewell, a leading full-service Central London law firm, announces the recent appointment of Jasmine Sudworth as a Solicitor in the Employment team.

We are pleased to be able to share this news notwithstanding the current economic climate and this is further testament to our continued success and resilience as we implement our vision for growth.

Jasmine joined Bishop & Sewell in January 2021 having qualified as a solicitor in September 2018.

Jasmine has experience of advising both employers and employees on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters including advising clients in respect of employment contracts, settlement agreements, disciplinary and grievance procedures, redundancy matters and the enforcement of restrictive covenants. Jasmine also has experience of bringing and defending Employment Tribunal claims for unfair dismissal, whistleblowing and discrimination.

In her new role at Bishop & Sewell, Jasmine will strengthen the Employment team offering and help to drive growth in this key practice area for Bishop and Sewell.
