Block Management UK Ltd announces the appointment of Fiona Ducasse as Business Development Manager. The veteran negotiator has previously worked for property management firms RMG and Peverel and joins us to lead Block Management UK Ltd on attracting and on-boarding larger sites across the whole of the UK.
Fiona is very experienced with winning management instructions from large house builders, including sites with more complex arrangements such as the management of on-site staff, gymnasiums, communal heating systems and commercial units.
As an IRPM-qualified property manager for a number of years, Fiona’s capabilities include addressing on-site issues, mixed-tenure properties and attending developer meetings to present best management practice solutions for up-and-coming developments.
In addition, Fiona has worked closely with ground rent specialists and investors and has been routinely asked to visit potential investment opportunities to provide management guidance.
