Burrington Estates has recently appointed Victoria Rawlings as Sales and Client Relationship Manager for its expanding Central region. Victoria joins the housebuilder to oversee sales and customer experience as the business continues to expand across Oxfordshire, Berkshire and the Home Counties.
Victoria started her career in cybersecurity and insurance sales and then moved into a role in the property industry, working initially as a sales negotiator, before progressing to New Homes Sales Manager for nationwide estate agency, Connells Group. She continued to develop her career at Connells, managing sales and pricing new land sites for developers across West Oxfordshire, Wiltshire and Gloucestershire, before joining Burrington Estates.
Victoria comments: “I was attracted to this new role at Burrington Estates as it is a smaller, more niche company and I wanted to play a part in the expansion of the business from a sales perspective. In my previous position I was working for a number of different developers at a time, so I’m looking forward to bringing some of this experience and creating our Burrington way. In any house sale, the customer should be at the heart of the buying process, so I’m really excited to join Burrington Estates and continue to help build a fantastic customer experience team for the new region.”
The scope of Victoria’s role will include managing the sales agents on each site and looking after every customer from reservation to completion. Working closely with the customer experience team in the South West head office, Victoria will set up the purchasing processes for buyers and will be on hand to help them throughout their buying journey.

Burrington Estates currently has a number of available developments in the new Central region, including Tilehurst Green in Binfield and Hempton Gate in Deddington. Future schemes set to launch in the region later this year include luxury new homes in Oxfordshire.
