Centrick Appointed Managing Agent at Trafford Gardens, Manchester

The scheme comprises two private residential blocks totalling 116 units, alongside a separate social housing block delivering an additional 37 homes. Developed by Linear Living Ltd., a Glasgow and Altrincham-based developer, Trafford Gardens represents the company’s first significant residential scheme in Manchester.

Centrick has been involved with Trafford Gardens over the past year in an interim capacity, contributing to the coordination and delivery of the development. Full management responsibilities will formally commence in mid-April, following the successful sale of all units.
