Centrick takes over 37 Bristol blocks from Easton Bevins
Residential property management specialist Centrick has taken over the management of 37 blocks, comprising 590 homes, from Bristol-based Easton Bevins. Most of the portfolio is made up of resident-managed (RMC) schemes.
Easton Bevins has decided to focus on its core building surveying practice and is stepping back from residential property management. Centrick took on full management responsibility for the blocks from 1 September 2026, and three members of Easton Bevins staff have joined Centrick as part of the handover, bringing local knowledge and continuity for residents and clients.
Group New Business Director Charles Lucas said: "We are pleased to welcome these residents and colleagues to Centrick. Our in-house teams across property management, accounts, compliance and resident services mean we can support these blocks from day one, with the infrastructure already in place to deliver a consistent, high standard of service."
Centrick manages more than 30,000 homes across the UK from five offices, covering building and estate management, build to rent, asset management and consultancy services. The acquisition strengthens its presence in Bristol and the wider South West.
