Chainbow Announce North England Office Expansion

Chainbow currently manages 114 developments with more than 4,800 units throughout London and surrounding counties but demand for consultation work in the north has prompted the company to relocate longstanding staff member, Shebhani Hegde, to Leeds.  

Roger Southam, Chairman and Chief Executive of Chainbow commented, “Chainbow is unlike other block managers because we put the homeowner in the driver’s seat. We negotiate to get the best savings and do not take commissions on insurance or suppliers.
