Cheke & Co on the move following team expansion

Founded in 1873 in Woodford Green, Cheke & Co’s coverage extends not only across Essex, but into Greater London and the Hertfordshire/Suffolk borders, with specialist departments that carry out work across the South East.  Other branches include locations in Colchester, The London Borough of Havering and Beresford’s HQ in Chelmsford.

It’s fantastic to see the team in their new office, which better suit the needs of the business and its growth strategy going forward. As we own the freeholds of the buildings in Maldon and the properties behind, it gives us further growth for our successful Sales, Lettings and Financial Services Divisions located next door at 7 High Street, Maldon.  It is also good to see another business coming into the High Street as our tenants.”
