After nearly two decades of continuous growth by launching new solutions to the industry through deverellsmith’s sister brand, Hintel, the group has opened offices in the Middle East and the USA with more office locations to be announced later in the year.

In her elevated role, Zambakides will continue to spearhead growth initiatives across all business units while taking on expanded responsibilities for the company's UK operations.

Zambakides brings extensive expertise in executive recruitment for the sector, where she specialises in placing senior professionals within leading consultancies, major property developers and housebuilders.  

“Her comprehensive understanding of the UK property market and talent acquisition skills has established her as a trusted adviser to many of the industry's most influential,” added Andrew Deverell-Smith. 

deverellsmith has strengthened its leadership team further with four management promotions to work closely with Zambakides to build out the UK business.

The Business Development function has also been elevated through two additional promotions, highlighting the focus on significant business growth and reinforcing the leadership structure for the UK.
