Dwelly has completed its tenth acquisition of 2026 with the addition of established London sales and lettings agency Paramount Properties, as the company’s relentless rate of expansion shows no signs of slowing.

The deal adds circa 1,100 fully managed properties to the Dwelly network, taking its portfolio to more than 15,000 properties under management and further reinforcing its position as one of the UK’s largest lettings businesses.

The acquisition also represents another significant investment by Dwelly in the London market, building on its recent acquisitions of Eden Harper, Settio and Kensington-based Shaws.

Paramount has operated from its West Hampstead base since 1989, with its 30-strong team providing sales services across North West London and lettings across the capital, while its property management operation spans more than 80 London postcodes, further underlining Dwelly’s continued confidence in the long-term strength.

The deal will see existing Managing Director and co-seller Spencer Lawrence remain at the helm of Paramount following the acquisition, continuing to lead the business through its next stage of growth.

For Dwelly, the deal marks a notable milestone in what has already been an exceptionally active year for acquisitions. Having completed nine deals already in 2026, the addition of Paramount takes the company’s acquisition count into double figures as it continues to invest heavily in established independent agencies across the country.\

Dwelly’s acquisition strategy centres on retaining the local brands, teams and expertise behind the businesses it acquires, whilst investing in AI-driven technology and operational infrastructure designed to improve efficiency across areas such as property management, maintenance, compliance and communication.

Sam Humphreys, Head of M&A at Dwelly, commented:

“Reaching ten acquisitions in 2026 is a significant milestone for us and demonstrates just how much momentum we’ve built this year, but it’s the quality of the businesses we’re partnering with that matters most.

Paramount has been operating for more than 35 years, has an established presence across the London market and, importantly, has an outstanding team and culture that have been built over decades.

We’ve been extremely active this year because we remain hugely confident in the long-term future of the lettings sector. Our approach isn’t to acquire businesses simply for the sake of adding scale. We want established agencies with great people, strong local reputations and the foundations to grow further.

Our role is to provide the investment and technology that can help them do that. By improving efficiency behind the scenes, experienced agents can spend more of their time on the relationships, advice and local expertise that made businesses like Paramount successful in the first place.”

Spencer Lawrence, Managing Director of Paramount, commented:

“Paramount has evolved enormously since I joined in 1998, but what hasn’t changed is our focus on quality, long-term client relationships. This can’t be achieved without a strong team culture and people who know and love what they do.

As a business one of our key values is ‘do the right thing’ – and in this context it meant finding a partner who understood what makes Paramount a brand people trust. Dwelly recognised this, and they wanted to invest in it.

So I’m excited for what comes next at Paramount. We have a fantastic platform already in place and the additional investment, technology and support available through Dwelly gives us a real opportunity to build on it.”
