ELM Group has appointed three new board members

Frida Norman is a charity leader and organisational development specialist who has worked widely across the UK voluntary sector, with particular experience in organisational development, governance and strategic leadership. She is the founder and director of Driving Change, a consultancy that helps charities and social organisations build stronger strategies, cultures and governance systems.

Frida said: "I am delighted to be joining the ELM Group Board at such an exciting stage in the organisation's journey. ELM's commitment to ethical practice, strong governance and delivering positive outcomes for its communities strongly resonates with my own values. I look forward to contributing my experience and supporting the organisation's future ambitions."

Reyaaz Jacobs is a risk and assurance professional with more than 25 years' experience across many industries. During almost 22 years at Deloitte, where he became a Partner, he built and led Technology Risk, Internal Audit, Data Analytics and Risk Management teams, advising organisations on governance, risk and resilience.

Reyaaz said: "I am pleased to be joining the ELM Group and supporting the organisation as it continues to evolve and grow. My career has focused on helping organisations strengthen their governance, risk management and assurance frameworks. I look forward to bringing that experience to the Board and contributing to ELM's long-term success, while learning from fellow Board members, ELM executives and the broader ELM team."

Colin Chapman is an experienced board trustee, higher education leader and financial services professional. He has held senior roles in higher education, the civil service and financial advisory services, covering strategic leadership, financial management, governance and quality assurance. As Deputy Dean at Aston Business School, he oversaw academic portfolios, resources, performance management and strategic development across a large and complex organisation.

Throughout my career I have worked in leadership, governance and financial management roles, and I look forward to supporting ELM Group as it continues to develop and deliver value for its customers and stakeholders."
