ELM Group Strengthens Commitment to Career Development with New Apprenticeship Role

The role forms part of a wider focus on nurturing talent from within, with a structured training programme that combines practical, day-to-day experience with formal learning. Kathy will be supported in working towards a Level 3 TPI qualification, with dedicated time and resources allocated to study, coursework and examinations. This balanced approach ensures the development of both technical expertise and confidence in a professional setting.

This apprenticeship has been developed by employers and specialist Awarding Bodies, to ensure that employees that work within these job roles develop all the skills, knowledge and behaviours they need.
