The Finalists for the annual Enfranchisement and Right to Manage Awards 2010 have been announced.
A competitive selection of entries was whittled down by the esteemed panel of judges that included Georgiana Hibberd, Associate Director of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors Professional Group, Bob Smytherman, Chairman of the Federation of Private Residents' Associations and Peter Rodd, Chairman of The Law Society Property Section.

The winners of these prestigious industry awards will be announced at a glittering ceremony hosted by Dominic Holland and held at Lord's Cricket Ground on 12th May 2010.
