The Enfranchisemant & Right to Manage Awards 2011 are now open for entry.  The Awards recognise excellence in all areas of this important aspect of residential leasehold work.  There is no charge for entry and there a variety of award categories including:

• Outstanding Achievement of the Year (no self-nomination)

The Awards are judged by and independent panel of property experts and the winners will receive their trophies at a glittering black tie ceremony held on 23rd May 2011 at Lord's Cricket Ground.
