A property manager with eight years of experience in looking after large apartment blocks has been recruited to a new role at Principle Estate Management.

Tom Tracy has joined the UK’s fastest growing residential management company as a senior property manager, and his first assignments will include helping some clients to solve cladding issues.

Andrew Winstanley, property operations manager at Principle, said: “We are pleased to welcome Tom to the team, after being impressed by his calm, professional approach and range of experience.

“Tom’s arrival at Principle comes after eight years of working for another national firm of property management agents which saw him looking after various large and complex blocks with site staff, and he most recently also managed a large holiday park.

“We felt his particular strengths were building strong client and customer relationships, and working with them closely to successfully deliver projects.

“This is crucial for Principle, where client satisfaction levels are important targets for all our frontline staff.”

Mr Winstanley added: “Tom will initially be managing a small portfolio of large blocks for some key clients, and he will be supporting some of these as they go through the process of remediating cladding issues.”

Mr Tracy, originally from Worcester, and who plays the drums with a covers rock band in his spare time, said: “I’m excited to joining Principle, a company that has a fast-growing reputation for achieving excellence for its customers.”

Launched in 2018, Principle has since grown from what was virtually a one-man band into what is now 33 staff looking after a portfolio of more than 7,000 units in 250-plus developments across the UK.
