Farrar announces Principia as new name for its property management division

The firm, which has extensive experience in property management in prime central London, is aiming to enhance the service it offers its existing, extensive international client base, while also expanding to take on more owners who are seeking management of their premium properties.

Director of Property Management, Jonathan Channing, said the re-branding to Principia reflects the firm’s evolution over the past few years, as well as the need for it to create a separate identity relevant to property management activities while remaining an essential part of the Farrar group and benefitting from its property expertise.
