Charlie Kemble-Davies has joined the surveying team at Finnegan Property Services – the third this year – to help meet an ever-increasing demand for the firm’s expertise.
A Chartered Building Surveyor with 10 years’ experience in the industry, Charlie began his career with an architectural practice in London, working on high-end residential properties. He later joined a commercial practice in Central London, where he was able to develop his skills in a broader range of building surveying disciplines and qualify for Chartered status.
During the last five years he has been involved predominantly in the high-end residential marketing, specialising in building surveys, party wall matters, refurbishment projects and major works.
He brings to Finnegan Property Services an excellent eye for detail and the ability to build and maintain close relationships with clients.
The combination of “a great team, with a varied and interesting portfolio” attracted him to the company.
“I first met Damien Finnegan through a mutual colleague,” Charlie explains. “Then, over the course of last year, I was in contact with him finding out more about his vision for the business and how this corresponded with my own career aspirations.
“After meeting the team I knew that Damien had carefully selected a great bunch of people who were motivated to work hard and build the business together. My first couple of weeks have not disappointed.”
Finnegan Property Services is an award-winning firm of building surveyors and development consultants, based in Ealing Broadway, West London. During the past two years the firm has seen a surge in demand for its growing portfolio of services and has appointed a total of three surveyors this year to swell its ranks.
