Lara Swycher, Head of Property Management at Fry & Co, has recently passed her RICS exams at the first attempt to become an MRICS, marking a significant professional milestone to go alongside her MTPI status.
The qualification reflects Lara’s technical expertise, commitment to best practice, and continued dedication to raising standards within residential property management. It is a well-deserved achievement and a strong endorsement of the professionalism she brings to her role.
As Head of Property Management, Lara plays a central role in leading and developing Fry & Co’s Property Management team. She is helping to shape the department as it grows, supporting colleagues, strengthening internal processes, and ensuring that clients continue to receive the highest levels of service.
