Future Group Launches Reactive Department within its Regeneration Division

Future Group has announced the expansion of its Regeneration division, creating a dedicated reactive maintenance team, strengthening its ability to support clients with responsive, day-to-day building services alongside its established large-scale refurbishment projects. 

The new department will provide a broad range of reactive and planned works across core building trades, enabling Future Group to respond quickly and effectively to unplanned and planned maintenance, while upholding the quality, compliance, and professionalism the business is known for. 

Louis Hart, Managing Director of Future Regeneration, will continue to oversee the company’s large-scale refurbishment and regeneration projects with its established team, ensuring consistency and delivery is maintained to its usual high standard 

Commenting on the expansion, Louis Hart said:

The reactive regeneration team will be led by Ashley Hart, who will oversee the day-to-day operations, service delivery, and ongoing development of the team.
