Future Group Secures Final Round of OZEV Infrastructure Funding Across Three Prime London Residential Blocks
As the current OZEV infrastructure grant scheme draws to a close, Future Group is proud to announce the successful securing of the final round of funding for full EV charging infrastructure installations across three super-prime residential blocks in London.
This milestone marks the closing chapter of what has been an incredibly successful three-year campaign, during which our team has worked closely with clients, resident associations, and managing agents to unlock almost £1 million in government funding to future-proof residential developments for the transition to electric vehicles.
These latest three sites represent more than just another successful funding approval. They draw a clear, and positive line under a major industry initiative that has helped our clients deliver long-term sustainability, resident convenience, and property value enhancement, while reducing the financial burden of infrastructure upgrades.
With funding now secured, our teams are already preparing to mobilise, with installation works commencing in Q2 to ensure all projects are delivered within the required programme window and grant compliance deadlines.
