Future Group strengthens team with three key appointments

Strengthening client relationships

Jess Gay joins Future Group as Client Relationship Manager**, working alongside the Sales & New Business team to strengthen support for both existing and new clients.

Jess brings extensive experience across sales, account management and business development, with a background spanning facilities management, building services, construction and property.

Her role will see her working closely with managing agents, block and estate managers through regular meetings, site visits, portfolio reviews and Lunch & Learn sessions, providing another dedicated point of contact across the Group.

Growing renewable energy expertise

Future Group has also welcomed Lewis Moss as Head of Solar & PV, strengthening the Group’s Decarbonisation division and its ability to support clients looking at the longer-term energy requirements of their buildings and estates.

Lewis brings specialist knowledge of solar PV and renewable energy, working with clients to understand where technologies such as solar and battery storage can provide practical opportunities across residential and commercial property.

His appointment comes as managing agents, freeholders and asset managers increasingly consider energy efficiency, decarbonisation and the future resilience of the developments they manage.

Further investment in fire safety

Joining the Group’s Fire Systems division is Isabella Scourfield, adding further support to the team as Future continues to grow its fire safety offering.

With a strong customer service background, Isabella will work closely with clients and the wider Fire Systems team, helping to coordinate enquiries and ensuring managing agents have a clear and responsive point of contact.

Her appointment further strengthens the support behind Future Fire Systems as the division continues to work with residential developments across planned maintenance, reactive works and wider fire safety requirements.

Key hires across the business

Commenting on the appointments, Jamie Willsdon, Group Managing Director at Future Group, said:
