GLPG strengths affordable housing team with senior appointment

At GLPG, Pankaj will focus on affordable housing transactions, including the sale and acquisition of Section 106 opportunities, off-the-shelf housing, and land and package deals. He’ll also help spot new opportunities and bring together the partners needed to move affordable housing schemes forward across the UK.

Pankaj will work with Josh Weir, Joint Head of Affordable Housing, and Kate Davies, Non-Executive Director, as GLPG continues to grow its Affordable Housing team. Between them, they have experience in development, investment, social housing and regeneration, giving clients across the sector a wider range of expertise to draw on.
