Habito Co-Living, the new Co-Living brand from leading student accommodation operator Host, has officially opened its first UK co-living development – Guildford Plaza - in a joint venture with Partner’s Group. The launch was marked with a ribbon-cutting ceremony led by the Mayor of Guildford, Cllr Howard Smith, who was joined by representatives from Habito Co-Living, other stakeholders, and members of the local business community.
Located centrally in Guildford town centre, Guildford Plaza comprises 301 modern studio and apartments across four buildings, transforming a site that had been derelict for several decades into a vibrant new residential address.
