The Build to Rent Awards 2023 have recognised Inventory Hive for their excellence in the build-to-rent sector. The multi-award winning proptech leaders have won the award for most effective use of technology in the sector.
The awards ceremony, which was supported by the UKAA and hosted by Love to Rent, took place in Leicester Square in London in November and recognised disruptors and innovators within BTR.
The Inventory Hive platform is used by build to rent operators, landlords, letting agents and inventory clerks throughout the UK to streamline the workflows involved in managing rented properties. From property inspections such as check-ins, interims, inventories and check-outs to compliance checklists, voice dictation and right-to-rent reporting, the solution has been developed with future-focused features that save users hours in admin.
Alex Gooch, Head of Build to Rent at Inventory Hive said, “Personally, I’m grateful for the support of my team, other suppliers in the industry who continue to keep standards high and most of all our fantastic clients who have been our partners in this journey.
It’s no secret that I’m extremely passionate about this sector and to receive an award only motivates me to keep pushing the boundaries to be apart of this expanding industry.
Having the opportunity to be implemented within over 120 buildings totalling more than 43,000 units is something I’m immensely grateful and proud of and ultimately why this has been made possible.”
In assessing entrants, award judges were specifically looking for technology that clearly improves the quality of life for all involved in BTR - both now and in the future.
“A few years back I sat down with our Head of BTR, Alex Gooch to create a plan for meeting the needs of the Build to Rent sector with our technology. He ran with that plan to create a slick onboarding process that has since been implemented in the day-to-day running of thousands of live BTR units. Congratulations to Alex in particular and all the team that made this win possible. Better still, with all this forward momentum, there’s a heap of innovation in store for next year’s development,” said Richard Abbots, CEO at Inventory Hive.
