Over the course of her career, she progressed from Assistant to Senior level, building a strong reputation for her industry knowledge, client relationships, and in-depth understanding of the property management sector. She is also ATPI qualified, further strengthening her expertise within the field.
In 2024, Charlotte made the transition into recruitment, combining her hands-on industry experience with a passion for helping others take the next step in their careers.
