Westbury Residential has announced that Jonathan Grant has stepped away from his role with the company after more than two decades of service.

Jonathan has been a key part of the business since its early days as County Estate Management, earning a reputation for his dedication, responsiveness and commitment to delivering the best outcomes for clients and residents.

Throughout his career with Westbury, he played a significant role in managing several major incidents, including supporting residents following a fire at Long Acre and helping to rehouse 106 tenant families during severe flooding in Basildon over a bank holiday weekend.

Although Jonathan has left direct employment with Westbury Residential, he will continue to work with the company through his own business, maintaining a long-standing professional relationship.

Paying tribute, Alison Mooney MTPI AssocRICS, Director of Westbury Residential, said: "After more than two decades of working together, it feels only right to recognise what Jonathan has contributed. It has been a long, eventful and at times challenging journey—but one defined above all by commitment and perseverance.

"On a personal note, it has been a privilege to work alongside him for so many years. On behalf of the team, we thank him for everything he has done and look forward to continuing to work together in this next chapter."

Westbury Residential wished Jonathan every success for the future and thanked him for his outstanding contribution to the business over the past 20 years.
