Jonathan Hawthorne takes the helm at Romans Sales
Romans, part of LRG, has appointed Jonathan Hawthorne as Sales Director, in his 25th year of working for the estate agency.
Jonathan joined Romans in 2001 as a Trainee Sales Advisor and has enjoyed a highly successful career path, becoming the Manager of Romans flagship Bracknell office in 2014, before being promoted to Area Sales Manager, Area Sales Director and Regional Sales Director.
In his new role, Jonathan brings his extensive knowledge of the business, its people and its customers, at a time when agents must respond to changing and challenging market conditions. Throughout his career, he has focused on developing teams, improving performance and maintaining high standards of customer service.

Romans currently has 27 offices, predominantly in the Thames Valley.
