Katherine Mackintosh appointed Managing Director of Robertson Property

With increasing emphasis on devolved decision making and investment in places, Robertson Property will continue to work with local authorities, regional economic partnerships and other partners to unlock opportunities that support sustainable economic growth and thriving communities, drawing on expertise from across Robertson Group.

Since joining Robertson in 2008 from Highland Council, Katherine has played a key role in a number of Robertson Property developments. Current projects include working with Cardiff Council on its regeneration masterplan for Atlantic Wharf Butetown, featuring the 16,500-capacity Cardiff Arena with Live Nation, and the multi-agency South Street regeneration project in Elgin.

In her new role, she will lead the strategic direction of the Property business, building on its expertise in regeneration, masterplanning, asset management and property development.
