L&Q and Lovell Homes launch Bold Street Pavilion in Old Trafford
L&Q and Lovell Homes have launched Bold Street Pavilion, a new development of 147 homes in Old Trafford, available through Private Sale and Shared Ownership. On the edge of Manchester, it offers one-bedroom apartments alongside two-, three- and four-bedroom duplexes and houses. Some homes are available through the new Shared Ownership model, with shares starting from 10%.
