L&Q has unveiled two new show homes at Prime Point, Greenwich Peninsula, with a dedicated launch event taking place on Saturday 24th January. Located on the 19th floor, the new show homes comprise a studio apartment and a three-bedroom home, both offering elevated views across the Peninsula.

The launch marks a key milestone for Prime Point, as L&Q takes handover of Peakes Heights, the first block of homes at the development, in early January.

Designed by interior specialists Dapa Atelier, the two show homes have been created as distinct yet complementary spaces, each tailored towards life at Prime Point and rooted in their surroundings.

The studio show home has been created with a design-conscious first-time buyer in mind. The interior adopts a modern, contemporary aesthetic that feels aspirational while remaining attainable, allowing buyers to realistically picture themselves living in the space. Drawing inspiration from the nearby Design District, the scheme incorporates trend-driven forms, playful palettes and expressive textures. Standout features include a series of 1970s-inspired furniture pieces, including hallway shelving, a lounge sideboard, dining chairs and bedroom case goods, crafted in rich walnut tones and contrasted with lighter blush and marmalade hues.

The three-bedroom show home encapsulates a luxurious and refined approach, balancing timeless elegance with bold detailing. A defining feature of the interior is the use of a sophisticated deep red, carried through the entrance hall, living space and principal bedroom. Reprised across walls, floors and furniture, the colour brings strength and cohesion to the home, offset by caramel and ivory tones, tactile fabrics and layered textures. Bespoke joinery, including deep red shelving with marble inserts, combines visual impact with practical storage.

Across both apartments, Dapa has focused on creating interiors that feel warm, inviting and confidently contemporary, while celebrating their Greenwich setting. Locally sourced artwork, objects and photography reference the cultural richness and creative energy of Greenwich Peninsula, reinforcing a strong sense of place throughout the homes.

Claire Brenlund, Sales and Marketing Director at L&Q comments: “The launch of our new show homes at Prime Point is an incredibly important and exciting milestone for the development. As we take handover of the first homes at Peakes Heights, these show apartments give prospective buyers the opportunity to experience first-hand the quality, design and lifestyle on offer at Prime Point. Positioned on the 19th floor, the homes showcase not only the interiors but also the incredible views across Greenwich Peninsula, helping people truly imagine what it would be like to live here.”

Rob Burton, Co-founder at from Dapa Atelier adds “Our brief was to create two distinct but complementary homes that speak to different buyers while sharing a unified design language rooted in their surroundings. Drawing inspiration from the creative energy of the Design District and the cultural vibrancy of Greenwich Peninsula, both interiors present an aspirational yet welcoming lifestyle. Through expressive fabrics, layered textures and confident use of colour, we wanted each home to feel contemporary, warm and deeply connected to its setting.”

Prime Point forms part of the evolving Greenwich Peninsula neighbourhood, known for its cultural vibrancy, creative scene and strong sense of community, with the Design District playing a central role in shaping the area’s contemporary identity. Overlooking the Peninsula’s Central Park, Prime Point is situated within Brickfields, one of seven new neighbourhoods in the 150-acre Greenwich Peninsula masterplan.

Inside, homes are finished to a high specification. Statement kitchens feature bespoke handleless cabinetry with ribbed-effect wall units, complemented by a quartz worktop, upstand and full-height splashback. Seamlessly integrated Siemens and Bosch appliances mean buyers can move straight in. Every home benefits from outside space, many offering panoramic views across the Peninsula towards Central Park, the O2 and Canary Wharf.

Located in TfL Zone 2/3, North Greenwich offers excellent connectivity. Multiple transport options are within walking distance, including North Greenwich Underground Station, North Greenwich Pier and the IFS Cable Car, which soars over the Thames to the Royal Docks. The Jubilee Line takes a mere 2 minutes to Canary Wharf, just 8 minutes to London Bridge and 13 minutes to Westminster. For a more scenic commute, Uber Boat by Thames Clippers offers a comfortable 31-minute journey between North Greenwich Pier and London Bridge. Local cycle paths provide quick routes to destinations across London and the development includes ample secure cycle storage for residents.
