L&Q is set to launch a collection of one and two-bedroom Shared Ownership apartments and two bedroom duplexes at High Street Quarter on Saturday 3rd October, offering first-time buyers an opportunity to get onto the property ladder in the heart of Hounslow.

Located just off Hounslow High Street, the homes combine contemporary interiors with an established neighbourhood where shopping, dining, entertainment and excellent transport connections are all close at hand.

The latest release marks a new opportunity to purchase at L&Q at High Street Quarter, available exclusively through Shared Ownership. The one and two-bedroom apartments and two-bedroom duplexes provide an accessible route to homeownership in a well-connected West London location, with deposits from £8,050.

Claire Brenlund, Sales and Marketing Director at L&Q, comments “High Street Quarter has developed into a fantastic place to live, with so much available right on residents’ doorsteps. From cafés and restaurants to entertainment, green spaces and excellent connections across London, buyers can enjoy all the benefits of an established neighbourhood from the moment they move in.

“We’re delighted to be launching this latest collection of one and two-bedroom Shared Ownership homes and two bedroom duplexes and look forward to welcoming prospective buyers to discover everything High Street Quarter has to offer.”

Designed with modern living in mind, the pet friendly homes feature spacious open-plan living areas and contemporary fitted kitchens with integrated appliances, alongside generous floor-to-ceiling windows which maximise natural light. Well-proportioned bedrooms and stylish bathrooms complete the interiors, while every apartment benefits from private outdoor space.

High Street Quarter is home to a mix of leisure, dining and retail amenities, with Urban Baristas, Market Place Hounslow, Cineworld and The Gym Group all close by. The nearby Treaty Shopping Centre provides a further range of shops and everyday amenities within Hounslow town centre.

There is plenty of green space within easy reach, too. Lampton Park is nearby, while just over two miles away, National Trust-owned Osterley Park and House is one of London’s last surviving country estates, surrounded by gardens, parkland and farmland. Around a 20-minute drive away, Richmond Park – a National Nature Reserve and the largest of London’s eight Royal Parks – offers extensive open parkland and opportunities for walking, cycling and wildlife spotting. Further afield, the Royal Botanic Gardens at Kew are also within easy reach, offering another option for days out.

High Street Quarter is particularly well connected for those travelling into central London or to Heathrow. Hounslow Central Underground station is around a six-minute walk from the development, while Hounslow East is approximately eight minutes away on foot, with both providing access to the Piccadilly line. Central London can be reached in around 39 minutes, while Heathrow Airport is approximately 10 minutes away. Hounslow railway station also provides services to London Waterloo, with journeys taking around 40 minutes.

Prices start from £80,500 for a 25% share of a one-bedroom apartment (FMV: £322,000). Two-bedroom apartments start from £113,750 for a 25% share (FMV: £480,000). Two bedroom duplexes start from £120,000 for a 25% share (FMV: £480,000).

The new collection launches on Saturday 3rd October. For more information and to register your interest, visit lqhomes.com/hsquarter/.
