Lomond has announced its latest strategic acquisition, further strengthening its presence in Bristol and the South West through the purchase of award-winning lettings and property management firm, The Letting Game.

Founded more than 17 years ago by Chairman, Jack Head, The Letting Game was built around a simple idea: creating a property business that reflected Bristol's independent spirit. Today, the company manages around 800 properties across the city and has earned a strong reputation for exemplary customer service, transparency and local expertise underpinned by a culture that aligns with the fabric of the city itself.

Taking a different approach to traditional agency, The Letting Game focused on building its reputation through service quality, referrals and repeat business rather than a high street presence. That model has supported sustainable growth while keeping the company closely connected to the communities it serves.

The business is now preparing to open a new flagship office in Redland, just off Whiteladies Road, marking the next stage in its growth journey.

The acquisition represents another significant milestone in Lomond's expansion across key UK markets, adding a highly respected Bristol business with deep local roots and a loyal client base to its agency network.

Neil McGimpsey, Chief Revenue Officer at Lomond, said:

“The Letting Game has built a stellar reputation in Bristol by combining strong local foundations with a highly customer-focused ethos and an exceptional team. These strengths align perfectly with Lomond’s values, and we are delighted to welcome the business to the Group.”

Jack Head, Chairman of The Letting Game, added:

"We set out to build a Bristol agency for Bristol people, shaped by the city's independent spirit and focused on great service. Nearly 18 years on, those values remain at the heart of the business. Lomond shares our ambitions for the future and gives us the platform to keep growing, whilst staying true to what has made The Letting Game successful to date."

With Lomond's backing, The Letting Game is well positioned to continue building on its success across Bristol while maintaining the local knowledge, service standards and values by which it has been defined since its founding.
