Lomond strengthens Liverpool presence with latest acquisition

Lomond continues to expand its footprint in Liverpool following the acquisition of local letting and estate agent City Residential. The deal follows Lomond's earlier acquisition of Homesure, its first business based in Liverpool, which will subsequently manage the City Residential portfolio.

Founded by Alan Bevan in 2001, the business leveraged his in-depth knowledge of Liverpool city centre to dominate the market as specialists in the area. Since opening their doors initially as a development and consultancy business, City Residential grew into a household name across Liverpool, becoming the leading estate and lettings agents in the city centre. Now under Lomond’s ownership, and management of Homesure, clients can expect the same high standard of service to which they have become accustomed whilst benefitting from the strength of a larger group. Lomond’s acquisition of City Residential underscores the group’s strategy of bringing market leaders on board. The deal not only strengthens Lomond's presence in the region but also marks the continuation of a successful regional expansion for the business.
