Leaders Romans Group (LRG) is pleased to announce the advancement of Hazel Marriott to the role of Director – Finance Integrations. In this position, Hazel will lead the finance integration team and oversee the onboarding of newly acquired entities, enhancing our strategy for acquisition growth.
Hazel Marriott has been an integral part of LRG for over seven years, demonstrating her dedication and versatility through various roles within the finance team Among her notable achievements, Hazel successfully led a finance transformation project that consolidated our previous accounting systems into a unified platform.
Commenting on Hazel’s progress through LRG, Jemma Phillips, Group Finance Director, said, "Hazel has been with LRG for over 7 years and during this time has worked in multiple roles within the finance team, progressing from Finance Manager to Financial Controller to Head of Finance Integrations and now to Director level. Recently, Hazel has headed up the Finance Integration team, and in this current role, she has been instrumental in developing the team and processes to ensure that we can support the accurate and timely reporting of new acquisitions. This well-deserved promotion recognises Hazel’s exceptional contributions, leadership, and dedication to LRG’s success."
